During the prosecution's rebuttal in the Casey Anthony murder trial yesterday, a jailhouse recording of Casey on the phone with her mother was played, and it included five "f-bombs."

Since the trial was being broadcast live without a tape delay, the profane words aired on both Fox News and MSNBC.

Both networks added a tape delay after the incident, and they've both apologized for the mistake.

Last night David and I met up with our good friends Darion and Nicole for a LONG overdue dinner hang session. We went to Bar Marmont at the Chateau Marmont for a nice, leisurely dinner (and were seated next to Dichen Lachman from Dollhouse and Torchwood: Miracle Day). David and I have been wanting to hang out with Nicole for WEEKS now but we could never get our schedules in sync. Thankfully, Darion took the initiative and got us all together … if only for a dinner hang.

The four of us spent a very leisurely dinner catching up with one another. Nicole is working FURIOUSLY on the return of Pop-Up Video on VH1 and shared some really fun (and harrowing) stories about the show’s production. Pop-Up Video is one of my fave shows, I am really excited for its return … and fully trust that Nicole and her team will deliver the goods.

Tonight, David and I are hanging out with Tam and Rob … we haven’t seen them in a while so I’m REALLY looking forward to catching up with them :) I understand they have some happy news to share … and I can’t WAIT to hear all about it. Happy Hump Day!

Casey Anthony is about to walk free, but her mother might be next in line for court.

The State Attorney's Office is currently determining whether or not they will charge Cindy Anthony with perjury.

Prosecutors had expert witnesses testify about the number of times the words chloroform and neck breaking were searched on Anthony's computer months.

When the claims were made that Casey made the searches, Cindy took to the stand saying it very well could have been her.

Her testimony? Chloroform could have come up when she was searching for chlorophyll. And neck breaking for a skate boarding accident.

Her claims were later found to be false when her supervisors both testified she was at work during the times of the searches.

OMGosh, this story just keeps getting crazier. At least now we know where Casey gets her lying from.

If the state decides to go ahead with charges, could U blame them?

The coroner sadly reported that either way, it was a "violent" death for the men.

Officials are still uncertain whether alcohol played a role in the crash, but will know in 4 to 6 weeks when the toxicology results come in.

Awful. Simply awful. We feel so bad for their families who are surely feeling immense grief. Hopefully, there is some comfort in knowing they are at peace now.
