Real World's most volatile bad boy ‘Puck' David Rainey has been arrested and charged in a domestic violence case. Puck was taken into custody last week by the LAPD and booked on suspicion of felony corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant.

Cohabitant? That has to mean a new girlfriend, right? They couldn't mean his son, who Puck's already sufficiently traumatized for life when he got behind the wheel of their car drunk and flipped it into a San Diego creek with the 8-year-old boy trapped in the backseat. They would specify if he had hurt a minor, right?

Ugh! This guy really has some serious issues, issues we don't think he has ever really dealt with or ben punished for. Hopefully, this latest violent act didn't leave anyone too badly hurt!

So … Sunday … yeah. The day started out beautifully enough … the sun was shining, the temps were warm but not insanely hot … it seemed like the perfect day to get out and enjoy the sunshine. In actuality, my Sunday turned out to be a great day to lounge on the couch … all … day … long. Did you know there are places out there that will deliver food, drink and pretty much anything else your heart desires right to your doorstep? ‘Tis true.

David and I are used to having food delivered but we planned on getting out of the house, at least, to grab dessert. As the day faded into night and the new season of True Blood came on our TV, our plans to leave fell apart. We placed an order with Pink Dot to have ice cream and other delicious desserts delivered to our home. As far as lazy days go … yesterday was among the laziest. And it was glorious ;)

Today, David and I have a lot of chores to take care of around the house … tonight, we’re hoping to hang with some friends. I have to say … this is my fave time of the year. Early Summer is the best ever :D

Chris Brown managed to offend thousands people with just a few ignorant words this week, but it wasn’t his so-called slur that has me miffed, it’s his complete failure to apologize. Brendon Urie of Panic At The Disco is not some wimpy Emo dude. Nope. He really hurt himself during a live show, and decided to keep on rockin’, despite a massively swollen ankle. Don’t let the ridiculous looking vest in the video fool you, this could be filed under “true rock star moments.” After getting up close and personal with the crowd at a show in Jacksonville, Florida, Brendon stepped back on stage with a limp. Titled Torchwood: Web of Lies, Dushku will be front and center in the short-form story, which will also have voice appearances by Torchwood stars John Barrowman as Capt. Jack Harkness and Eve Myles as Gwen Cooper.

The series, developed by BBC Worldwide Productions, will consist of 10 three-minute videos, a bit like Starz previous online graphic novel animated series for Spartacus. It’s expected to launch before Torchwood premieres July 8, and new installments will go online after each new Miracle Day episode.

So all you Torchwood fans out there, you better get pumped! Eliza is coming your way!

Rihanna has unleashed a new music video for her song Man Down — the latest single released from her album Loud — and in the vid, Ri Ri is seen shooting a man dead after he physically assaults her. To be honest, the song itself has a lighthearted feel to it … one that doesn’t seem to match the violence featured in the clip. Check it out below.

You know, I’ve heard the song many times and yes, she does talk about exerting revenge on a man in the song but, again, the upbeat, sing/songiness of the track makes Man Down sound … happy? I dunno how to describe it. The video is interesting, it starts out with the shooting and then tells the story of what led up to the shooting. The alternating of pretty scenes with the violence is obviously intentional. I honestly don’t know if I like the video or not. After watching this video, I can’t help but think about the physical attack that Chris Brown unleashed on her a couple of years ago … that incident can’t not have been on her mind when she made this video. HMMM. What do you think of this video for Man Down?

Roger Ebert caused a bit of controversy yesterday when he scolded deceased Jackass star Ryan Dunn yesterday via Twitter for allegedly being drunk during the crash that took his life, as well as Zachary Hartwell's, and now, the movie critic has taken to his blog to clarify and somewhat apologize for his insensitivity!

He writes:

"To begin with, I offer my sympathy to Ryan Dunn's family and friends, and to those of Zachary Hartwell, who also died in the crash. I mean that sincerely. It is tragic to lose a loved one. I also regret that my tweet about the event was considered cruel. It was not intended as cruel. It was intended as true. I have no way of knowing if Ryan Dunn was drunk at the time of his death. I don't know what happened in this case, and I was probably too quick to tweet. That was unseemly. I do know that nobody has any business driving on a public highway at 110 mph, as some estimated -- or fast enough, anyway, to leave a highway and fly through 40 yards of trees before crashing. That is especially true if the driver has had three shots and three beers. Two people were killed. What if the car had crashed into another car?"

We certainly understand where Ebert is coming from, and of course, don't support or condone anyone's actions when they are intoxicated and get behind the wheel of a car.

That being said, this is a sad, HOriffic situation all around, and we also don't think it's anyone's business to be pointing the finger of blame right now, especially when so many are devastated with grief.

Everyone knows mistakes were made, and unfortunately, it seems as though Dunn and his friend are paying the ultimate price for his. No need to point out the obvious, just let his family and loved ones mourn and try to make sense out of such a terrible tragedy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you affected right now, and may Ryan and Zachary R.I.P.

These same comic book readers are all grown up today, when events occurring around the world make all of us wish for real-life superheroes to come along and save the day, making everything safe again for all those that live here. One of the most popular reasons the appeal of superheroes remains a constant in our society is simply because everyone can identify with them.

Former child actress Gigi Goyette is claiming she too had an affair with Arnold Schwarzenegger while he was married to Maria Shriver. Last month we got our first look at hottie actor Jake Gyllenhaal rockin’ a completely shaved head on the set of his new film End of Watch and today we learn that he has grown some of that hair back. Jake was spotted leaving the gym here in SoCal and as you can see in the photos below, his completely bald head is now all fuzzy.
